996 followers · 24532 posts · Server retro.socialIt's the proximity sensor to detect when the phone is against your face. I assume it shows up in telephone calls too. I first noticed it in #Telegram chats. Turn off "Raise to listen" and "Raise to talk" in the chat settings to get rid of it there.
It shows up at the top center of the screen, toward the bottom of the status bar. Quite distinct from the green dot for microphone or camera being active.

Телефонам 2 года, батарея уже у людей до 80% изношена, половина бита, другая половина изношена будто ими подтирались. Еще и срок поддержки этой модели заканчивается осенью 2023го. Почему люди настолько небрежно обращаются с телефонами что на них живого места не остается?
