225 followers · 6776 posts · Server rheinneckar.socialjetzt hab ich mir gezwungenermaßen n #Pixel6 gekauft und kann es nicht verwenden, weil ich zum flashen Entwickleroptionen nutzen muss und man dazu einmal Google Malware (aka #Android) einrichten muss und das bei diesem Gerät ohne Google Account nicht geht.
Und via SIM flashen mit ADB ist mir zu umständlich.

Auf den ersten Blick auf dem #Pixel4 gefällt mir das aber dieses Telefon ist ja nicht alltagstauglich, denn es hat keinen Fingerabdrucksensor. Und solange ich den nicht durch einen externen am USB Port substituieren kann (oder via RFID-Tag, denn NFC geht ja), kann ich das Pixel4 nicht gebrauchen.

Does anyone know what this running man icon is next to the clock on my #android #pixel6 ? It appears very briefly when unlocking and at no other time. It just started happening. I haven't installed any new apps that would coincide with it.#flummoxed

For a few weeks most times when I connect my #Pixel6 to my car (2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid) it connects as USB Tethering and I have to manually change the USB connection to Android Auto. It seems perhaps it started with the June security update, and has persisted with the July update (installed yesterday). Interestingly my hubby's Pixel6 with same updates doesn't do this. I can't find any way in settings to specify default USB connection type.

I use 2 apps from #malaysia on my #pixel6 with #GrapheneOs which need access to a map / location but don't get it.
The Apps are touch 'n go ewallet and My AIA Malaysia. #touchngoewallet and #AIA are installed via play store and have location access rights. But it seems like there is another bug.
With other OS it works.
Anyone out there who can help?
