One of my design decisions when making One More Run was to not use direct palette swaps for making new enemies and characters. This goblin rogue is based on the base goblin sprite, but with a different weapon and adding a shield, in addition to changing the color of the robes

The pirate is the weakest enemy in the Beach level, equivalent to the goblins in the Forest. This character actually has the most sophisticated animation out of any in the game at the moment - if you look close, the legs actually move in a meaningful way. I consider this growth on my part as an artist lol
