My 2022 simplified #pizzadough #recipe:
- Measure wet/dry in their own bowls on a kitchen scale
- Add dry ingredients in stand mixer, pour in wet on low
- Mix to shaggy stage
- Speed up (to 50% power), and beat dough up until it forms a smooth ball, 4-7 minutes
With cleanup, is about 15 minutes of effort.
2 hour rise, or 48 hours in fridge (better). Cook at 233C or above, depending on your equipment.
Makes 4 medium pizzas (220g) or 8 snack sized lunch pizzas (110g).
