I made my first attempt at #DetroitPizza today. Results were not bad but I put on too much cheese and sauce, and the glass casserole dish is not a good substitute for the authentic anodized steel pans. I based it on the recipe on #SeriousEats which is quite good 😋

BTW, I recently got a Toshiba 3000 series oven that goes up to 300C which is about 570F. Cooking with it makes me happy 🥰
