C'est l'embouchure du cours d'eau du Ru de la Vieille Mer vers la #Seine , reflétant l'état déplorable de l'eau . c'est comme cela tous les jours non-stop. On y trouve de tout, du frigo au bidon d'essence.

This is the usual whitish color of next-to-Paris river "Ru de la Vieille Mer" which flows to the Seine between the city of Saint-Denis and Epinay-sur-Seine.
One of the picture shows the meeting of "Ru de la Vieille Mer" with another tiny but normal color river, before the whole flows to the Seine.
Any idea where could this white color come from?
Not possible to go back up the river because it goes underground.
