Weekend baking project, holiday edition: Pandoro

Now, while this appears to be a simple #brioche with some powdered sugar on top, it is anything but simple. The flavor is so abundant, so long-lasting, that it does not require the toppings/toasting/egging of a brioche. My son tasted it, paused, then called it “vanilla bread”. Indeed.
