バター鶏肉新玉ねぎを(今回はニンニクと粒胡椒も)放り込んで弱火で1時間半。全く手がかからない割にやたらと美味い。モモ肉1枚に新玉ねぎ2つで2食分かな…と思って作ったのに、瞬殺だった。
