Melbourne is mapping vegetation, urban heat & heat vulnerability as part of #PlanMelbourne2017-2050 urban planning goals for the #20MinuteNeighbourhood.

Despite today's heat, there were many people using our #20MinuteNeighbourhood this morning. There was enough shade over paths to walk dogs, exercise, get groceries, do a Tai Chi class in a public park or #walk or #cycle to the local municipal swimming pool.
