@elisse I'm no expert on houseplants, but a couple of thoughts include possible low humidity (Misting might help) scalding by too much direct sun, or just plain natural ageing. This is the classic "too much water, too little water, too hot, too cold, too much light and not enough light" houseplant situation. Sorry I can't be of more help. I'll add some tags to increase reach. 😀

Another plant sighting coming through the asphalt in the driveway seen this morning. Plant is about 2 inches wide and flat to the ground. I think it might be Horseweed (Erigeron canadensis) but not really sure. Life finds a way!
