Check out these three "super-leverage points" identified in new study by University of Exeter and World Resources Institute. #PlantBasedProteins are #2 on list. Key Takeaway: "If public institutions such as schools, hospitals and governments used their purchasing power to buy #plantbased proteins instead of meat, this could be a “powerful lever to increase uptake of these products,” the report authors said. This policy change could also help shift #socialnorms around #plantbasedproducts and increase their appeal, Tim Lenton said.
