Making my trusty low budget & less meaty traditional Finnish macaroni casserole with fava bean "mince" this time. Added 2/3 of dried coarse fava beans to 1/3 pan fried beef mince and allowed them to "become one".

Works better as a faux meat than lentils imo and is a local product.

It's supposed to be "fake chicken", doesn't taste like chicken which suits me fine as I'm not super into fake meat, but it's delicious with a nice chewy texture.
