It took 3 days, but I made an incredible #vegan #tiramisu for Christmas dessert. It was soooo good. Got the recipe from "school night vegan." Definitely worth the effort.

Today I made pumpkin soup from an actual pumpkin (not from a can). It's really good!! Roasted the pumpkin, an onion, and a red pepper, blended it all with water and seasoning.

Every fall, I do an #Ayurvedic self-care protocol based on the changing energy of the season. Today is my 6th day of a kitchari monodiet, and rather than cooking the rice and the mung beans together, I chose to make the rice separate, and cook the dal more like a soup. Even though it has all the same ingredients, the texture is divinely different!
