In dieser Woche begrüßt die Abteilung Pflanzenviren Forschende aus der Demokratischen Republik Kongo, Uganda, Tansania, Nigeria und Laos zu einem mehrtägigen Workshop. Thema ist die Entdeckung und Bekämpfung des Cassava-Virus, das immer wieder zu großen Ernteausfällen beim Anbau von Cassava (Maniok) führt.
