Had a great initial chat with Caleb at Principle Six (https://www.uk.coop/directory/principle-six) today. We're starting to work on the rules and structure for https://jam.coop.

I'm not sure whether this co-operative music platform is a go-er, so I want the rules and structure to be as equally "minimally viable" as the code. At the same time I think it's important to start on a firm governance footing that can grow and change as we do.

I just had a lovely chat with a Lyft driver here in #Vancouver.

I was sort of riffing about platform co-ops and got to thinking about the Evo car share here, which is run by BCAA.

A ride share program could be run using those same Evo cars potentially.
