@adamsdesk this sounds similar to what #techSavvy tried to do with cable and DSL Internet. While I really wanted to use their service, a lot of Canada does not have access. I assume Bell and others would pull the same crap they do with virtual ISPs. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't have much faith in this idea catching on. #pleaseprovemewrong
