Finally got my #plexserver moved from #ESXi to #picluster - shit will be way more affordable to keep running all the time.

Fun fact - the Lian LI O11 Air Mini is a great case, BUT using the HDD mount on the back panel requires you to modify the sata power plugs in order to work. Had to remove the ends and reverse them. So that was fun. #techtips #plexserver #computers

Ok I downloaded all my MP3s from Amazon, they are on my #Synology ds-218J. I have #Roku televisions, #android phones, windows laptops, and headless Linux machines I can install whatever on. Is #plexserver the path I want to go down? Or is there a better option?

Ripping the last batch of CD’s from my collection to #Plex server, while listening to (underrated) “Voices” album by #Vangelis in the middle of the night.

Cyber Monday got me. Looks like I'll be spending next weekend reconfiguring my "new" #NAS and #PlexServer. (The hard drive is new, at least)

I upgraded from a circa-2008 Atom N280 with 1GB RAM & 2TB storage to an i5-7500 with 8GB RAM & 6TB storage. And all for under $200.

Time to get my #portainer on..
