Two casts of pliosaur teeth from the Early Cretaceous of Australia.

The've been identified as Kronosaurus (or Eiectus, or pliosaur indet., or whatever teeth previously referred to Kronosaurus are these days).

The original specimens are RF534 (the larger tooth) and a tooth in the private collection.

Two #plesiosaur drawings. Kronosaurus was a huge #pliosaur, around 10 m long with enormous jaws and teeth. It would have been a top predator of mid #Cretaceous oceans. Albertonectes was an exceptionally long-necked elasmosaur, with a neck around 7 m long and a total length of 11 - 12 m.
