He lived for 21 months in 1858-59 in #Ciechanów in the #Płock Governorate of Congress #poland. The second, Janina Kalinowska (1887-1957) was a distant in-law. In 1913, she married Jan Buraczyński; they had 3 #daughters that I know of. She also lived in Ciechanów. I gathered the documentation and attached it to their pages. I’ll translate at a later date. #geneadons #familyhistory

Upon reading the #parish journal entry, I learned the child’s name was ANTONI Marcel Miliwodzki. This small fact was overlooked in the #Geneteka #Poland database. So the full record for Antoni is Jan 1858 - Feb 1860, #Ciechanów then in the #Płock Governorate of #CongressPoland. Good to know for the #future. #Genealogy #geneadons #Ancestry #familyhistory

31 followers · 169 posts · Server historians.socialIt’s still early evening here in metro #nyc but I’ve already completed initial #research on a first #cousin twice removed, Jan Czarnecki (5 May-13 Aug 1882). He was born and died in #Ciechanów, then in the #Płock Governorate of #CongressPoland in the #russianempire (today in Ciechanów County in the #Masovian #Voivodeship ). The records were beautifully written in #russian script, making for easy reading. It appears as though my #greatgrandfather reported Jan’s death to the registrar.

Born circa 1789, he married Marianna Skuzalska in 1816. Together they had 8 children (2 boys, 6 girls). They lived in what was then the #Płock #Voivodeship (later Governorate) in Congress #poland #russianempire about 80 miles (130 km) northwest of #warsaw. Józef died in 1848. #geneadons #history #familyhistory #Ancestry
