Mais sous réserve :
- De respect de son consentement;
- Qu'il n'ait pas à subir des "demandes répétées" de cet enfant.

#PMA & Filiation de l'enfant né du don : Le @Conseil_constit valide l'interdiction légale d'établir un lien de filiation entre l'enfant & le tiers donneur.

Mais laisse ouverte la question de la filiation adoptive (tout en admettant par anticipation son éventuelle interdiction)."
