We use #SaltedFish in our #Teochew cooking too. It was really awesome to find out as a teenager that salted fish is used in many different cultures all around the world 🥰

My evening movie watching snacks are more leftover dim sum from yesterday. These are baked bean curd rolls - stuffed with prawn & lobster with Chinese chives. I drizzled lots of sriracha hot sauce atop.
The dim sum is from Jade Fountain Restaurant - located on the lower level of the Red Lion Inn on border of #VictoriaBC & #Saanich on Douglas.
