Was my mother-in-law's #birthday on Monday so we took her out to lunch at #PocoPoco in Bridgend, which was AMAZING.

Today was another round of #gym and #TaiChi but no aqua aerobics tomorrow as it's half term. Might go for a swim, or a nice walk, instead.
