#Iwatched #PointBreak (19991) and it has huge plot huge holes, frequently embarrassing dialogue and is overloaded with action scenes. But it's hard to deny that Kathryn Bigelow had a good story and a charismatic lead with Patrick Swayze. For a more coherent story and stylistically satisfying work of her I'd recommend Near Dark (1987) though.

Dalla colonna sonora di #StrangeDays ecco #PeterGrabriel + i #DeepForest, con un brano dance elettrowave molto ispirato ed efficace.
Io sono un grandissimo estimatore di #kathrynBigelow, la ritengo un'ottima regista (#NearDark a #PointBreak sono davvero eccellenti), ma questo film pseudo #cyberpunk in particolare è stata una grossa occasione mancata, nonostante avesse delle idee molto interessanti, peccato.
Rimane una notevole colonna sonora 😃 (avevo anche il CD 😉)

His performance in Speed just three years later is demonstrably better. Yes, I rewatched Speed to gauge exactly when his acting improved. Dracula is next. These are the rabbit holes I'm delving for my Point Break magnum opus.
