That sugar skull art, that’s the roof of a car; it was up and tilted on its hydraulics so it was visible, but still just guessed at a focus and held the SX-70 up and hoped for the best.

I haven’t been photographing much recently, so used this challenge to get back into it, and try out the new-to-me Impulse; got a few photos from the SX-70 before that jammed.

This is a portrait of me on the new #Polaroid #reclaimedBlue film. It came out under-exposed but wasn't difficult to add a slight correction and reveal all the detail I wanted from this image.
This was taken with #PolaroidSX70 and MiNT Flash II with the exposure wheel set to the recommended "one notch towards darker exposures".

A snowy farmhouse scene in Northern Vermont. I spent the day checking out some covered bridges and barns, and playing around with Provia100. This is a scene that I was planning for sunset, but the sky never cleared up enough to get any color. Tomorrow is looking really good for a 2nd try.

I often miss shooting with my #Polaroid #SX70 but I can't justify the cost of the film (CA$29 for 8 exposures!!). 😔 This photo is from 15 years ago, taken on a trip to Toronto. I used 600 film pack and had to stick a piece of ND filter in front of the lens to prevent overexposure, haha! Those were the days.
