nach einer Idee von #Ottolenghi
#Gemüsebrühe aufkochen, #Polenta einrühren, köcheln, bis sie schön cremig ist. Etwas würzigen Käse (ich habe #Violife #GranProsociano genommen) und #Butter einrühren, in eine flache, mit Folie ausgekleidete Form geben, abdecken + abkühlen lassen.
Die fest gewordene Polenta in Stäbchen schneiden, in Mehl wenden und in heißem Öl goldbraun braten. Dazu gibt es eine spicy selbst kreierte #Tomatensauce.

3. Voila! Polenta made from lentils instead. Remove solid polentil mass from pot. Satisfying how it's still in the shape of the pot, like how cranberry sauce comes out of the can in the shape of the can.

6. Add side of garlicky collards (or sauerkraut)
