IBAC annual report out today. Here is the independent body for #PoliceComplaints in #Victoria saying that of 1965 complaints about police, they investigated 6!
Less than 1%.

What's the point of having IBAC do police complaints at this point. They refer the majority back to #VictoriaPolice
