I wonder what the cops at 55 are too busy doing to take an incident report.

I just moseyed on over to these 14 division cops and told them the concentric circular tale of cops not doing their jobs (MB, 55 Division).

They were like, "Not our division! Lemme give you a number so you can ask for the GO number."

And then they ran away.
