Literature on safety of police use of tasers to immobilize citizens is out of date (~2017) and relies on the use of tasers on people with no underlying health issues. Anecdotal evidence clearly shows that tasers can be deadly when used under certain conditions. It's time to re-evaluate the use of tasers and ban if necessary.
