If you are waiting on PolyMega or are interested in news here’s what I’ve found on why they’ve not been communicating:

- The social media person quit due to harassment.
- The previous customer service team was fired/let go/quit and they are currently in the process of getting a new customer service.
- There was been unofficial news in the Discord that orders are still being processed and worked on.

That’s all I have so far. I still think more transparency would be good.

@JP If you are intro retro games and prefer to collect physical copies, the #Polymega has great variety. Doesn’t come cheap though.

I found my first game not running on #polymega.
Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere (PAL version) freezes on the language selection screen.
Luckily I also still own the original hardware.

Boys are playing Batman Returns (SegaCD). Thanks to our #Polymega.

Question is, do I still need the old hardware? 🤔

@ausretrogamer Waiting for my #polymega gun to finally arrive, so I can play these titles again.

A bit saddened that the #Polymega does not support Amiga CD32 and 3DO (yet?)
These have some of the best #WingCommander conversions for console.

It has been to long, played #WingCommander for the first time in years on my #Polymega for a project.
Now I try to find out how it handles the multiple disc #WingCommanderIII.

So, if anyone has been following the situation with PolyMega, here’s my quick thoughts:

- I don’t believe the company is a scam. I truly believe they underestimated demand and cannot keep up with the supply for the base units.

- I believe what’s going on Myanmar is the sole reason for them not getting motherboard shipments to complete orders. Plus, likely their manufacturer servicing bigger clients first.

Jetzt noch eine größere SSD zum Digitalisieren der meistgedaddelten Titel. 😁
