The online communities around #cptsd and queer #polyam are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have rarely gotten more helpful/ more compassionate advice and support. I just really wish there was more of an overlap. Maybe we can unite under the #polysecure umbrella as I feel like the combination can be especially tricky and sharing experiences makes us all feel less damaged or "too complicated" or whatever (and it's a reference to a really, really good book by Jessica Fern) 💜
