I'm not sure how to find foodies and avid home cooks here on Mastodon, so I'm just going to throw this out into the void.

One of my Thanksgiving dishes this year is a Pommes Anna made with sweet potatoes and layered with prunes soaked in Tawny Port - a recipe I found from #Food52 but I used the detailed tips by #SeriousEats to figure out how to cook and flip this amazing side dish.
