One of my Thanksgiving dishes this year is a Pommes Anna made with sweet potatoes and layered with prunes soaked in Tawny Port - a recipe I found from #Food52 but I used the detailed tips by #SeriousEats to figure out how to cook and flip this amazing side dish.
