Looks like the time has come for me to take OVO energy to OFGem over their failure to respond to my letters or deal with my complaints. And time to take them to the ICO for failing to respond to my subject access request. #BusEireann I can confirm that the 182A does not follow its published time schefule and today it didn’t turn up at all for Ardee 8am stop.. now on way to Drogheda to avoid missed hospital appointmen with elderly neighbour, thank you Bus Eireann, it may seem trivial however he is stressed enough without this, he uses public transport frequently and this is not his first poor experience with this service.. #getyouracttogether #poorcustomerservice #oldergenerationlifeline
