@alienskyler Espechally when doing so is just a #PoorTax against people who can't afford medieval bs like #CashBail that should not exist:

Either a person is a danger or not, and letting them go should only depend if someone is an obvious danger.

If cops can't make that determination after ID'ing someone then they should not be allowed to arrest or even ID someone against their will at all...

Mate, if the money wasn’t in there at 8, where do you think it’s going to come from in under 5 hours? It’s not like the bank has no power to decline the payment if the funds aren’t there. Sounds like the rich get richer off the poor.
