For all the drawbacks to living in Indiana, we might as well embrace what's good about it. That's why I'm having a pork tenderloin for lunch the third day in a row.
Pork tenderloins spent the day relaxing in brine before getting anointed with a pineapple glaze and basking on the grill next to some rosemary-seasoned cauliflower. Some garlic and onion rice provided moral support.
