I've been tossing and turning the idea of a mini figure size Unimog with portal axles for the last few months. Yesterday I decided I had spent enough time on the frame so I designed various versions of the cabin and tried to get the two together. These renderings are the closest I've got to a result. I might even build it.
The design doesn't have the robustness of a Lego model. It's too fragile. Top is 6 stud wide, frame is 5 studs and mostly Technic.
