*Thinking* about trying #RapidWeaver or #WordPress again for my personal site (https://daught.me) since Squarespace doesn't give me control of things like robots.txt and I really don't want to code something.

I’m at a frustrating level of savvy where I want some advanced control occasionally but really don’t want to be hacking or maintaining anything.

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

Does anyone (more so #artists/art or photo #bloggers) know if there’s a website builder/host that’s any better than Wordpress’s $8/month ($96 a year)?

Based on research, I’m pretty sure free versions aren’t going to cut it for me anymore & so far they seem like the best value for the price...Although if anyone magically knows a good free one that will let you use a custom domain, I’m open to hearing about it!

Funny you should mention wanting to see a #demo… I've had this list of #FutureSessions on my markerboard for several months, and now I'm thinking I'll probably move #PortfolioSite (#Jekyll) to the top.
