Iām still struggling with my portion cooking calibration. I've gotten considerably better at eating proper portions. However I keep making meals like Iām eating 2x a proper portion, so Iām left with piles of left overs, which Iām consuming at 1/2 the rate.
This is going to be multiplied with the kids off to camp.

I think the term #PortionControl is bad to use when dealing with #WeightLoss. It gives people the wrong frame of mind.
People really need to understand #ServingSize instead. Use of smaller plates, smaller eating utensils, pacing while consuming food, etc.
