After seeing the #JamesHoffman Caffe Olio Starbucks video on YouTube, it got me curious. So I took the fancy olive oil I have at home, brewed an Aeropress of local #PortlandCoffee, added 3/4 tsp of oil to a mixing glass, added coffee and ice, and shook (like a cocktail). Strained into a chilled glass. It’s quite lovely and adds richness, a sort of brightness and some pepper at the end.
