@grassgoth Every so often, there will be an imagawayaki booth at Uwajimaya in Beaverton (during festivals in the parking lot), but I haven't found a more permanent place that sells taiyaki/imagawayaki. Thanks for the tip! 👍

There's this wonderful little bona place near PSU called DingPDX, and it's the only place I've found here that sells taiyaki. My all-time favorite snack. And my wonderful amazing partner brought me home one of each flavor after her finals yesterday. I am so blessed.
