I've never seen his wirework pieces before. How the viewers movement changes their form is... wonderfully cubist.
This one dates from 1929.

Rua Miguel Bombarda is the street with all the independent galleries. Saturday afternoons are best - they are not always open. Visit CCBombarda for shops and a noticeboard of other art events.
Ponte Das Artes is a store in the centre with lots of high quality supplies esp pens, pencils, paints.
Montana Shop near Trindade has everything for spray painting. Very cool, source of info and a great cafe inside.
