They are very expensive to run, even more so now with the cost of fuel, and they use a LOT of electricity to run which is the problem in the winter as solar is low.

Google is no longer a useful way of finding information about most things that matter, this is a general #dotcons problem.

Nowadays, one spends the day fact checking Internet.. Or just ignore.. Seemingly GPT, the next new thing "bigger than the Internet" as per Sam Altman, is actually capable of fooling a human using rich text which is not necessarily true or accurate or factual. Ah yeah like influencers basically... This is obviously very dangerous.

Weirdly enough it is a transhumanist thing too, the fear of death and the promise to live forever in the matrix.

chatGPT is the new trending bug generator. I haven't tried it, just watched youtubers trying get likes. The fact, it does learn from code on the web, it doesn't mean the code is good. A mistake repeated a thousand times, doesn't make it true.
