Most communities in the U.S. already have a post office, and the USPS has a high level of public trust.

Providing public banking services at USPS offices would raise revenue, help mend the racial wealth divide, and offer an alternative to profit-driven banks like #SiliconValleyBank.

FWIW, here in #Japan we have a superb postal banking system. The US would benefit greatly from this proposal imho.
