@revoluciana I would dedicate myself to doing whatever I can to further ensure the betterment and longevity of humanity. That might mean that I would develop and learn new skills to continue to be useful. The most important single observation that convinced me #degrowth is our only hope, is the Jevons paradox.

If a gadget eats 100 units of resources and power, and we improve it to eat only 50 units, cost to make it will drop. That will cut its price, after which swarms of companies will find ways to use the gadget in new places, and targeted ads will create needs, which in turn increases demand.

Without a #postcapitalist revolution, this is inevitable.
