Tech question: for Verizon/iPhone users, is there really no way to decrease the time between call and voicemail to something less than the standard 30 sec? When I tried chatting with the Verizon chat bot it says it cannot be decreased below 30 seconds. I want it down to 10. When I follow all the advice online (e.g., starting with 61 etc), it doesn't work.
