If a restaurant is open on a holiday, and drivers (#Slice #GrubHub #DoorDash #UberEats #Postmates, et al) are willing to deliver food on a holiday, is it considered fair/humane to everyone involved to order delivery food?

They wouldn’t be working if they didn’t want or need to be, right? My order isn’t going to ruin their evening if they’re open and/or working?
