Across all social media, I have a practice of only following those who create content. That means sharing something you wrote or you photographed, as opposed to something you found on the Internet.

Over on Facebook (where my friends are not sharing nudes), I only follow people who post their own stuff. I have a cousin who only posts memes. I don’t follow her.
