One of these days, I might write a blog post about how much I dislike the term #postRoe. It just carries too much finality, as if courts (Supreme, superior, judicial, or otherwise) will never have another case that touches upon abortion/reproductive rights in any way. I get it that journalists often want to coin terms for things to sound punchy and uniform with other news media, but this term doesn't fit. It's a new beginning now, a battle, sure, but the law is endless.
