I experience weird #nostalgia associated with such constructivist architecture.
I was raised in the #postsoviet region. Old #soviet movies, pieces of architecture, and grand-parents’ attitudes towards life formed a maybe naive idea in my head: we have once considered science, progress, curiousity, cooperation, and development as virtues leading us into the bright future. More than that, we had a future. And this dream is lost, if ever existed. Longing for that dream is what I feel seeing this.
