Today I had to workout twice as I've got to waste half my day on the trains to get my summer clothes, so I'm at the gym now at 4:47am because I must be inside a train by 6:40am when it departs.
Midday yesterday I did legs and abs, just now I did pull day so back and biceps.

I'll never get user to having visible pecs through the t-shirt. I think I'm going to trim my belly hair too next.

I've trimmed my chest and shoulder hairs so I could see better. I don't mind my belly hair.
I'm noticing one slight difference in an unexpected place: NECK. I'm starting to lose neck fat, which is GREAT as I hate it.
How ironic that my most successful toots are the ones I post to myself so I can compare the results of working out ?

It was leg and abs day as the rest of my upper body is on recovery from last night. It's almost 2am here.

So, I ended up going to the gym and now back home and it is 2am....and there was a very cute guy and that motivates me to maybe repeat tomorrow at the same God-awful hour 😅
I went to the gym at midnight today because I'm back full of energy.
Having pectorals feels so weird and foreign to me.

I know you cannot spot reduce but what if you just want spot gains?
If you train a muscle, the body has a tendency to stop accumulating fat there. What if I train harder my abs? I don't mind fat elsewhere. I'm happy with everywhere else on my body as it is, just not my belly, it's too...rounded.
If I make my abs bigger (easy), would that force the fat out? How is this reasoning not spot reducing?
How disproportionately BIG and muscular are my legs respective the rest of my body?

I don't know what to pay attention here:
A) oh wow, I look like I'm wearing a hockey armor without actually wearing it. Despite today being leg day so, I've done nothing with the top muscles.
B) why every time I lose fat my arse goes away. Does that mean I can only realistically keep it via adding muscle?
