Dinner #tonight is my homemade potato soup containing potatoes, carrots, parsley, green onion, garlic, and chicken broth. The roux is made with butter, flour, salt, pepper, and milk. So simple, and yet so darned good!

My Girlfriend @adolwyn brought home Potato Soup from her school's Culinary Arts Program.

It was good but kind of bland so that's where I amped up the flavour profile.

Added Salt & Pepper, shredded cheese and Pecorino Romano to the soup and made it silky by adding butter.

Then I air-fried chicken breasts cut into cubes and used my own seasoning. I crisped up some thick-cut smoked bacon. Drippings were spooned on top of the soup.
